Having over a decade of experience in the debt collection industry and a strong background in organizational change management, Melissa has a proven track record of delivering results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Before taking the helm at ACS Financial, Melissa led a successful career as a collection and recovery specialist at ACS Financial LLC, where they specialized in handling a wide range of debt types, including medical debt, repossessions, and retail accounts. Their expertise in navigating regulatory challenges, coupled with a compassionate approach to debt resolution, has earned them the trust and respect of both clients and consumers.
